Financial benefits Eurofoam employees profit from the company´s success and the length of time they have worked in the company. Among the additional payments are a loyalty bonus for the workers, a pension fund, the voluntary Christmas money as well as various benefits and supplementary bonuses.
Training and further education Training of Apprentices The training of apprentices is of great priority for Eurofoam. We train commercial and industrial apprentices on our premises in Kremsmünster and Linz. Further education Seminars such as work-specific training, language courses and personal-development are organised as they are needed. Eurofoam uses the training possibilities offered by the parent companies Greiner and Recticel as well as external providers. Among the former are the Greiner Academy, an MBA-related course for all the management in the Greiner companies worldwide.
Sporting unity Sport- and free time activities undertaken together promote fitness and team spirit. We therefore support sportsmen/women in the participation of events and sponsor competitions such as the Kremsmünster Market Run or the 100km run in Steyr. The Eurofoam Sport Team provides all the employees at a minimum fee with professional training- and fitness advice as well as reasonably priced sportswear.
Health and Safety The health of the employees is a concern of Eurofoam and the company thus sets great value on creating a safe working area. Thus all employees are all provided e.g. with free and appropriate work clothing, which is exchanged regularly. The company offers a free flu- and tick jab and trains employees in First Aid. Together with a work psychologist workshops, as a preventative measure against stress at work and burnout, are offered.
Pro Family At the various events such as the Eurofoam Family Day or the Hiking Day, the families of the employees have the opportunity to get to know each other and the company better. In Kremsmünster the Greiner crèche is an alternative to kindergarten. All the employees receive an additional financial support for children with special needs up to their 18th birthday in the form of a child benefit.
