To produce foam, specific quantities of different raw materials and auxiliary agents, above all Polyol and TDI, are pumped through separate piping systems to a mixing head where all the components are blended with a high-speed stirrer and evenly spread onto paper sheets of adjustable widths.

The recipes are computer-monitored to ensure consistently high quality and to make it possible to change the recipe as well as the color during the foaming process. The slabstock width can also be varied.

Different foam qualities with different densities and degrees of hardness can be achieved depending on the type and composition of the raw materials. By means of this great diversity unique foams can be created to match the exact requirements of the final end product.

After the foam has sufficiently cured, the PUR flexible foam slabstocks are removed from storage and converted. Eurofoam offers its customers flexible converting solutions.
