The advantages of the VISIOCELL method

PPI measurement is a method often used in the past. Compared with VISIOCELL, however, it has a number of serious disadvantages. 

Disadvantages of PPI measurement:

not reproducible = subsequent measurements often deliver different results
not objective = different people obtain different results
not precise = the three dimensional cells are reduced to a linear dimension and not clearly defined
