Deep drawing is a process whereby semi-finished products are heated and molded to specification with a tool. The goal is a work piece with walls of uniform thickness. After cooling, the finished product is removed from the mold and subsequently deburred. The process is continuously monitored to ensure consistent quality throughout the series.
