Eurofoam composite
The term "composite foam" means rebound or recycling foam.

Unlike foams produced in a continuous foaming process, Composite foams are produced using a pressing technique. 80% PUR recycled flexible foam combined with 20% raw material is mixed in a liquid state and pressed into short slabs of composite material. Extremely high density foams can be produced with this technology.

Rebound foams are mainly used in the automotive and acoustics industry. They are also a cost effective alternative for upholstery when combined with comfort material. It should be kept in mind that rebound foam’s degree of hardness is greater than the PUR flexible foams produced in a continuous foaming process.

Eurofoam Composite is available in the following densities: 60, 80, 90, 100, 120, 140, 160 and 200 kg/m³.
