Hand bonding
Hand bonding is done with the help of glue guns, usually with a one-component system. Most of the bonding is carried out using solvent-free glues. Hand bonding is normally carried out when combining small pieces, also for bonding under tension, and is usually applied for foreign materials. For special requirements, e.g. higher tension forces, a two-component system may be used.

Roll bonding
The adhesive used in this type of application is solvent-free and is mainly used to bond mattress cores. A roller spreads the adhesive evenly onto the surfaces to be bonded.
Robot bonding
Serial parts are bonded with the help of robotic arms that apply the adhesive, which are then dried in a hot channel. An extremely stable, final bond is achieved by applying pressure with a roller.
